Bindery: We offer a variety of binding services to fit your application.

Cass Certification: Progress Printers, Inc. utilizes the CASS Certification System (Coding Accuracy Support System). This means that we have address-matching software to meet USPS mailing specifications. The address quality of direct mailings affects the postal service’s ability to deliver, and hence, the overall cost of your direct mailing campaign. CASS certification ensures the highest address accuracy and quality standards available to bulk mailers.

Deduping: This service refers to the editing of your mailing list to eliminate duplicate addresses.

Design: Work with our graphic designer to create your custom artwork.

Diecutting: Diecutting services are the custom cutting of your print material to a precise shape utilizing dies, (tools that are made with precise blades in order to create a specific result). Dies can cut printed materials at an angle, round corners, or carve shapes directly into a printed piece.

Fulfillment: Progress Printers, Inc. will be happy to “fulfill” or mail your print and marketing materials.

Green Printing: We utilize green printing techniques designed to lessen our impact on the environment. We do this by using recycled papers, low VOC inks, and by working at reducing the use of chemicals in our products. We recycle our waste material.

Laminating: Laminating is the addition of plastic “film” that encapsulates your printed item. This will protect your material from the elements and help make it last.

Mounting: Your printed materials can be mounted on heavy weight paper or cardboard as needed to meet your requirements.

Mail Presort: This involves sorting bulk mailing pieces by zip code and carrier routes prior to delivery to the post office. This reduces delivery errors and will qualify your mailing for reduced postage.

Mailing List: In need of a mailing list for your direct mail piece? We can help. We work with several high quality mail list sources to provide you with a list that meets your specific criteria.

NCOA / National Address Validation: All mailing lists must be submitted to NCOA for address validation prior to mailing. Progress Printers, Inc. can complete this Postal Service requirement for you.

Mailing Personalization: Strengthen your message by including personalized mail components, i.e. letter, envelope, etc.

Merge/Purge: In direct mailing, this refers to combining (or merging) two or more mailing lists, and then eliminating (or purging) duplicate addresses, addresses that are no longer relevant, and addresses that fail to meet your target demographics. The merge/purge process is valuable for those who want to save money by purchasing low-cost lists, but want to maintain high response rates with quality lists. Progress Printers, Inc. can complete a merge/purge of your mailing files.
